With the Daylight Savings Time change this weekend, your reminded to check your batteries in your smoke alarms as you turn your clocks ahead this weekend.
According to the United States Fire Administration, the majority of deaths in homes with smoke alarms occurred where the alarms had dead or missing batteries.
Daylight Saving Time is the perfect reminder to help protect your home from the dangers of fire and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Remember to check the batteries in every smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm in your home while you set your clocks ahead tomorrow night.
