Savannah Man Killed, Three From Lawrenceburg Injured in Perry County Accident

Savannah man was killed and his wife was injured in a motorcycle accident in Middle Tennessee on Monday.
Jeffery Allen Walker, 45, died when his 2006 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was struck head-on by a 1989 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Lee Ann Olive, 32, of Lawrenceburg, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Walker’s wife, Susan, 37, was injured along with Olive and her passenger, 41-year-old Anita Belew, also of Lawrenceburg.

The wreck occurred at 4:12 p.m. on Tenn. 100 in Perry County.
According to a THP report, the Walkers were traveling westbound and were in a curve when the accident happened.

Olive, headed east, crossed the center line and struck the motorcycle.

Information was unavailable Monday night about whether Olive would receive a citation.

Alcohol was not a contributing factor in the accident, according to a THP dispatcher.
