Four Hurt In Head-On Traffic Accident on Fall River Road

A head on traffic accident on Fall River road has sent four people to the hospital, three of which were taken by helicopter to Vanderbilt hospital. According to reports, a truck driven by Electrical Inspector J.L. Jacobs collided head on with a GEO Tracker. In the Tracker were 44 year old Patricia Copeland and her two sons Levi and Maliki Copeland. Patricia Copeland and Maliki Copeland were air lifted to Vanderbilt and Levi Copeland was taken by ambulance to Crockett Hospital. Conditions are not known at this time. The accident was investigated by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and happend shortly before five p.m. Monday afternoon.
