Leoma Water District Urges Customers To Conserve Water As Drought Deepens
Posted on June 14, 2007

As the drought deepens, another utility district is now asking its customers to conserve. The Leoma Utility District has joined Summertown and Saint Joseph Utility districts in requesting water use restrictions. They are asking customers to conserve water wherever they can, do not wash cars, fill swimming pools, water lawns, gardens, or shrubs.
Meanwhile, The Lawrenceburg Utility System says it has plenty of water and does not have any restrictions in place at this time. L.U.S. says it will notify its customers if it becomes necessary to initiate water conservation measures.
