A special session of the Lawrence County Board of Commissioners will be held Monday, August 20, 2007 at 5 p.m. in the downstairs courtroom of the Lawrence County Courthouse. The meeting is open to the public.

Resolution Making Appropriations for the Various Funds, Departments, Institutions, Offices and Agencies of Lawrence County, Tennessee for the Year Beginning July 1, 2007 and Ending June 30, 2008.
Resolution Fixing the Tax Levy in Lawrence County, Tennessee, For the Year Ending June 30, 2008.
Resolution to Approve Non-Profit and Charitable Contributions
Resolution to Approve Distribution of the Hotel-Motel Tax.
Resolution Declaring the Intent of Lawrence County, Tennessee, to Reimburse Itself in an Amount not to Exceed $500,000.00 for
Expenditures Relating to Technology Improvements for the Lawrence County Schools with the Proceeds of Bonds or Other Debt Obligations to be Issued by Lawrence County.
Resolution to Exempt County Purchases Under the Amount of
$10,000.00 from the Sealed Bid Requirement.
