| Governor Bredesen To Visit Lawrenceburg Next Week, Public Invited Posted on November 29, 2007 Lawrence Countians are invited to attend a visit by Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen to Lawrenceburg next week. Lawrence County Executive Paul Rosson, Lawrenceburg Mayor Keith Durham, and Loretto Mayor Ronnie McMasters are encouraging members of the business community and the general public to attend the event at the Crockett Theater Tuesday, December 4 at 10 a.m. ?We greatly look forward to a visit by Governor Bredesen to Lawrence County,? Rosson said. ?We hope to have a great turnout of citizens to greet him.? ?It?s a great day for the City of Lawrenceburg anytime Governor Bredesen pays a visit,? Durham said. ?I would like to encourage all business persons and citizens to help us welcome the Governor,? McMasters said. Governor Bredesen is expected to make an announcement about several hundred thousand dollars in grant awards during his visit to Lawrence County. |
