Mrs. Ruth Freeman, age 83, of Lawrenceburg, passed away Sunday. She was a native of Summertown, a retired postal clerk, a member of the Lawrence County Senior Citizens Club, and the First Baptist Church of Lawrenceburg.
She is survived by one son, Jim Freeman of Lawrenceburg and one daughter, Faye Martin of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren survive. Also special friend, Tim Patterson of Lawrenceburg.
Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Freeman will be Tuesday at eleven at Neal Funeral Home with Thomas Mattox and Milton Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrence County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from four until eight tonight (Monday) at the funeral home.
