Sarah -Elizabeth McMahan, age 91, of Lawrenceburg passed away Sunday. She was retired from the Lawrence County School System and a Methodist. She is survived by six sons; Vernon McMahan and Terry McMahan of Lawrenceburg, Phillip McMahan of Summertown, Howard McMahan of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Jimmy McMahan of Westpoint, and Eddie McMahan of Leoma, two daughters, Sarah White of Nashville and Helen McMahan of Summertown, 27 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and 31 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at ten at Neal Funeral Home with Jerry Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Lawrence County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from five until eight at Neal Funeral Home. Loretto Memorial Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
