William James “Pig” Thigpen

William James “Pig” Thigpen, age 57, of Alabama, passed away Friday. He was a native of Alabama, a Former Supervisor at Nafco and of the Church of Christ Faith.

He is survived by his wife, Shellie, one daughter, Charlotte Eddy, two sons, William and Rodney and four sisters, Ann Jones, Carolyn Lash, Wanda Bogus and Judy Giley all of Alabama. 7 grandchildren survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Edward Burbank officiating. Burial will be in the Richardson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 this evening at the funeral home.
