Clarence Long, age 76, of Summertown, passed away Monday. He was a native of Lawrence County, a retired supervisor for CSX Railroad, an army veteran, a 32nd Degree Mason, a Shriner and a member of the Ethridge Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Long, two daughters, Karen and Sharon Long both of Summertown, one son, Timmy Long of Summertown, one brother, Basely Long of Michigan. 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild survives.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 at Neal Funeral Home with Howard Kitter officiating. A Masonic service will follow. Burial will be in the Macedonia Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation will be from 4-8 Thursday at Neal Funeral Home.
