Two Year Old Dies In Amish Tragedy

The local Amish community experienced a horrible tragedy this morning. A two year old Amish boy is dead after falling in the family milk barn. He became tangled in bailing wire and hung himself.
Lawrence County Sheriff?s Department investigators are on the scene of the tragic accident.
The accident happened at 62 Grey Lane in Ethridge.
Officials said the young boy was climbing in the barn. Other family members were outside the barn doing chores. We?ll have more information as it becomes available.
