Irene Griggs Daniels, age 64, of Lawrenceburg, passed away Wednesday. She was a native of Wayne County, a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Faith.
She is survived by three daughters, Jewell Tingle of North Carolina, Mary Sanchez of Smyrna and Tina Simbeck of Mt. Pleasant, one son, Frank Daniels of Murfreesboro, one sister, Dorothy Erby of Waynesboro and five brothers, Alvin, George, Willie, Harold and Melvin Griggs all of Waynesboro and by Kenneth Gable of Iron City. 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren survive.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Paul Odle officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Nebo Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11-1 Thursday at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
