City Council Meets Thursday

The Lawrenceburg City Council will meet tomorrow and is expected to vote on its budget on first reading. Taxes are not expected to go up. The council may vote on the controversial Guns in parks provision. The state has passed a law to allow persons with handgun carry permits to carry them in to parks but cities can opt out of the law. So far, some have and some haven?t.
