Owners Of Old Murray Building Facing Financial Difficulties

The owners of the old Murray building, known as the Tennessee Enterprise Center are having serious financial problems?.ones that reflect the nationwide banking problems. According to an Indiana newspaper, the Hooiser Times, because of the subprime mortgage crises , the owners of the building, Pinnacle Corporation, were unable to commit to potential Lawrenceburg tenants that work would be completed on promised renovations and lost the tenants. The building is now in receivership. The owner said he believes it fair to say that money for redevelopment and renovation, like the Lawrenceburg project, completely dried up. The largest tenant of the building is Swisher lawnmowers, they employ about 150.
