A prosecutor says she has offered former Kentucky coach Billy Gillispie a plea bargain in a drunken driving case. Anderson County Attorney Bobbi Jo Lewis discussed the plea bargain in court Wednesday during a pretrial conference with Gillispie's attorney, William Patrick. Gillispie didn't attend.
