An orthopedist will determine whether Cincinnati senior quarterback Tony Pike needs surgery on his left forearm, which would be a major setback for the No. 8 Bearcats. Pike was scheduled for an examination on Friday. Cincinnati (6-0) expected a decision on his status by Monday. Until then, he'll be listed as day to day.
