Obama, Medvedev Discuss Weapons Treaty (ap)

AP – President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev talked Saturday about ongoing negotiations for a successor to an expired nuclear weapons treaty. The Kremlin said the two sides are making “substantial progress.”
