San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker has been cleared to play after missing the past month with a broken hand. The Spurs said Parker will be in uniform Tuesday night at Sacramento. He has not played since breaking his shooting hand March 6 in a win at Memphis. Parker’s return comes after backup point guard George Hill sprained his right ankle Sunday in a win over the Los Angeles Lakers.
