Reports say a University of Virginia men’s lacrosse player accused of killing a member of the women’s team was shocked with a stun gun by police after resisting arrest for public intoxication. A statement released Tuesday by the Lexington Police Department says Charles Huguely had to be shocked before police could put handcuffs on him in November 2008.
