William E. Waters, age 59, of Leoma, Tennessee, died Thursday, December 2, 2010, at Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee . A native of Winter Haven, Florida, he was a painter and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam . His parents were the late Thomas Neil Waters and Mary Pauline Wilson Waters. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Tommy Waters.

Visitation & Services

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Ave., Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday, December 6, 2010 at the Trinity Life Tabernacle Church. Funeral services will be conducted at Trinity Life Taberacle Church at 2:00 PM Monday, December 6, 2010 , with Donnie Smith
officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Life Tabernacle Cemetery with full military honors.
