Southern California has reinstated Marc Tyler after the suspended tailback missed one game and much of training camp for a series of disciplinary problems culminating in a rant on TMZ. Coach Lane Kiffin announced Tyler’s reinstatement after Tuesday’s practice. Tyler is likely to play Saturday against Utah.
