Mrs. Holley was a native of Lauderdale County, AL, a dietician assistant for Saint Thomas Hosptial, and a member of Lexington Church Of Christ. Survivors include: 2 Sons- Alden Thigpen & wife Dinah of Florence, AL; Charles Thigpen & wife Juanita of Lawrenceburg, TN; 3 Grandchilden; 4 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandchild; Several Nieces & Nephews; Preceded in death by: Parents- Jones & Vera King Thornton; Husband- Wilson Parker Thigpen; 2nd Husband- Lawrence Holley; 6 Sisters- Pearl Howard, Mildred McCafferty, Grace Fields, Dot Perry, Ethel Adams; & Corine Roland; 2 Brothers- Alfred L. Thornton & James W. Thornton
Visitation & Services
Visitation- 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service- 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Sellers Crain officiating. Burial to follow in Barnett Cemetery.
